Princeton University Office of Information Technology

Our goal is to provide high-quality support for the use of information technologies in the teaching, research, and administrative missions of the department. We are a group of multidisciplinary professionals with a diverse set of skills in the fields of systems administration, technical support, teaching, management, mentoring, bioinformatics, software development, and website management. We are certified in many of the above areas and attend regular training sessions to update our skills. We have a close relationship with the University Office of Information Technology and the academic computing community.

The group also supplies computational resources, consulting services, and programming support to the departmental community. The facility maintains a number of shared high-performance computing platforms including fileservers, a print server, a web server, and a Linux cluster. The facility staff is always available for consultation on any matters relating to the use of computing technology in the department.
